Introduction

Welcome to Boats & Hopes (“Website”), operated by Boats & Hopes, a DBA of Joi Foundation Inc., a Florida nonprofit organization currently awaiting final determination of federal tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service.

By accessing or using this Website, purchasing raffle entries, making contributions, or participating in any campaign, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in raffles, promotions, or fundraising campaigns conducted through this Website.
Participation is void where prohibited by law.

2. Charitable Fundraising Purpose

Boats & Hopes conducts fundraising initiatives intended to support charitable and community-focused causes, including initiatives benefiting Inter Miami CF Foundation and other local non profits.
Boats & Hopes is currently awaiting final IRS determination regarding federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3).
Raffle purchases and contributions made through this Website are not guaranteed to be tax deductible.

3. Raffle Participation

By participating in the Raffle, entrants acknowledge and agree that personal information collected in connection with participation may be used to administer the Raffle, process entries, contact winners, and fulfill prizes.Where entrants affirmatively opt in during the entry process, Boats & Hopes may share participant information with affiliated campaign partners, including La Caja Miami and charitable beneficiaries associated with the campaign, for future marketing, hospitality, fundraising, and promotional communications.Participant information will not be sold, rented, or transferred to unrelated third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Raffle.Can we add something like this to raffle rules on website. Because it doesn’t say anything about sharing data with La caja and IMCF

Boats and Hopes may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

Disqualification Rights

Boats & Hopes reserves the right to:refuse participation,cancel fraudulent entries,modify or suspend promotions,or disqualify participants violating these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
